On-the-Day Wedding Coordination
- Following the Bride’s Itinerary – Making sure every part of the event flows smoothly according to plan.
- Assisting with Bridal Entrances – Helping with the grand entrance to make sure it’s executed perfectly.
- Timekeeping for Important Moments – Ensuring key parts of the event (Cake Cutting, Mother/Daughter dances, Buraanbur performances) happen on time.
- Preparing Special Effects – Setting up indoor smoke machines, sparklers, and lighting effects to create a magical ambiance.
- Liaising with Vendors – Coordinating with photographers, caterers, and decorators to keep everything running smoothly.
